Crystal P Official understands that ordering online is not always an easy task. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible before ordering please read descriptions and its entirety. We are happy to exchange your item(s) for online store credit or for another available item of equal value.

A Store Credit are only given if exchanged item is out of Stock.

For exchanges please enclose a copy of your invoice along with the merchandise packaged securely in the original package (if possible)

All exchanges must be made within 7-days from the received date with original invoice.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Price tags must be attached to the merchandise. Altered, damaged or worn clothing cannot be returned or exchanged.
PayPal Purchases
In order to process your exchange, you must use the pre-paid shipping label provided to you.
No Exchanges allowed on swimwear!
Crystal P Official Shipping
Orders are processed 7 days a week excluding holidays. Orders are shipped Monday- Fridays. Most orders placed by 2:00 p.m. CST Monday - Friday will process for shipment, except during holidays.
Use the chart below to determine the shipping and handling charge for your order. This is the charge for packaging, insurance and shipping within the United States. We currently ship to addresses in the U.S. and Internationally!

We can ship products to APO/FPO addresses but please note that shipping times may vary.
Track Your Order
If your item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can enter on the courier’s website.
If you do not receive an email and need to track your order shipment you can do so by emailing hello@crystalpofficial.com
we will then forward your tracking number.
